I have been taking the herbal weight loss tablets Zotrim for one week now, so, here is my Zotrim review at the start of week 2!
I weighed in this morning at just under 9st 11lb (= 137lb or 62.1kg). That represents a weight loss of just over 2lbs in my first week. I have to admit that is not really a dramatic amount for week 1, and I am not exactly jumping for joy at this point. But even so, I did not notice myself eating any less than usual over the past week. So if that is the outcome after eating the same amount then I am intrigued to see what the scales will reveal next Friday.
The Zotrim weight loss plan is really easy to follow. For the first week, you take 2 tablets a few minutes before each of your 3 mail meals with a cold drink. I also read somewhere, I think on the Zotrim website, that you are supposed to drink lots of water. I am usually hopeless at that bit, but I did feel more thirsty than usual, so I just kept filling up a small bottle of water from the water cooler at work.
In general, the experience of taking Zotrim has so far made me feel a lot more energetic, a bit hyper maybe, but certainly not manic. I have also noticed I am not as hungry in the evenings and have been snacking on biscuits slightly less.
In week 2, you increase the tablets to 3 before each meal, so I am wondering if this will kick start the weight loss to the next level. I will report back next week.
