Yawn, here is yet another warning about fake MAC cosmetics from our friends in China.
The website maccosmeticswholesaler.com is ranking high in Google at the moment, but a quick check reveals that all is not as it seems. At first glance the site looks as if it is in the US, but actually it is registered in China, which immediately sets alarm bells ringing in Cheap Slap towers.
The site says that the products are genuine, but the sheer volume of products on offer and also the prices (too low) would suggest to me that this is unlikely.
Personally I would not touch this site and I would advise anyone to be very cautious if you are thinking about sending them any money. I know that some people have no problems buying fake makeup products and selling them on, but I am not one of them. I have a BIG problem with the counterfeit beauty industry, it is not only illegal, the products are rubbish, untested, and potentially dangerous. The practice of selling fake wholesale makeup is depriving honest sellers of the chance of earning a decent profit.

I have ordered from the website and whether or not the products are fake is a mystery to me but the products are great quality just as good or even better than the real thing. However when I ordered two 120 palettes of the MAC eyeshadow, they arrived broken because they wanted to be cheap and not pack the makeup properly. I addressed the issue with them several times even sending pictures of the broken makeup. They never responded and totally ignored my messages. I would never order from them again and I would not advise anyone else to either. Up to now I have not received an answer from them let alone exchange or refund.
I naively ordered from this site very recently, stupidly I did NOT do my homework and check the rest of the site. My make up came and looks very good, the packaging is exceptional, but after reading all the reviews and warning I have decided to send it back. HOWEVER when I looked for a return address there was nothing on the receipt they sent me, nothing on any email confirmations and what do you know NOTHING on their website. I have emailed numerous times and have got unprofessional responses such as why do you not want the products and threatening me with deducting large shipping fees off my refund.
I am now going through my credit card to reclaim my money and I don’t think they will happy when Visa go after them! I do no recommend this site to anyone!! However I hope to fair better with wholesalers recommended through your site

The thing i do not get is,you criticize the china sights saying that anything from these sights is fake or replica’s.
But i see on this sight you advertise china sights as it says just to left of were i am writing,makeup wholesale,bulk supply from china(Link china.com).
Austen, thanks for your comment. I would just like to clarify that the only advertisements on my website are Google ads – those ads are generated by Google based on the content on the webpage. The ads change constantly depending on a number of different factors. I do not have any control over which ads appear, or when. The ads are not endorsements by me of any of these sites. In this article I am simply trying to provide more information so that people can make an informed decision. I could ban one ad, but another ad would simply appear in its place.
I was lead to believe that the only place you can get genuine MAC makeup from is MAC…seeing as MAC only supply to their own stores and have a policy of only selling a maximum amount of the same product to prevent resale. This being the case im at a loss to see how this site can offer to put us in touch with a wholesaler of ‘genuine’ MAC makeup….the same for Bobbie Brown and Benefit.
I have bought and used the products from macmakeupwholesale, who clearly state that their products aren’t genuine. They are not bad quality, in fact some of the products are very good and are not expensive (no more than Rimmel). I have given some of the products to friends who regularly use both MAC and Benefit and have agreed that they are very good copies and would rather pay a lot less money for a similiar product.
Also what a lot of people fail to realise with these ‘exclusive’ makeup companies is most of the mark-up they put on makeup is because they are running large companies, with high staffing levels and expensive rents….how much do you think the makeup actually costs them to buy??? A lot of so called designer companies across the board have set up factories in china, india and turkey because the natural resources, staffing and real estate is cheap…Business is about maximising profits afterall.
I was also scammed out of $100 worth of Fake MAC Products. I will never buy anything from there again.
hi i ordered 112euros worth from macmakeupwholesale.com (it was 2 sets of makeup brushes and 2 120 eyeshadow pallets), anyways..then 2 days later i stupidly decided i would get more makeup as Xmas presents for family/friends. so i then spent 95 euros on all different bits of makeup. 2 days later i checked my account on this mac site and it only showed up the one payment of 112. so i emailed them telling this. i ordered on the 4th of December and it is now the 30 of December and STILL no sign of nothing.
i had to explain to all my family/friends the situation about the makeup Christmas day…its sooooo frustrating as i am still waiting for it to arrive even thou at this stage i think i have been conned..i had emailed him ‘ben’ around 10times coming up to xmas saying i still haven’t received items but all i got back was broken English saying ‘dont worry IT Christmas weather bad you will get items’ then i emailed back a few times saying..the payment of 92 isn’t showing up on his site but nothing back……….. IM SOOO frustrated
i keep checking the EMS tracking site but half the time it doesn’t work and when it does it has said its in BEIJING the 12th of December and wont track from there soooo annoyed
wouldn’t mind if it is all a fake at this stage but as long as i receive something of them 
never again …

3rd Jan- finally received makeup brushes from macmakeupwholesale.com ( they are definitely a fake) and eyes shadow pallets which where all broken..
they where packaged very bad. in a Nike shoe box… haven’t received 95euros worth of makeup..they are now saying they have no order number for it.. even tho it has been taking out of my account and i posted proof to them from my PayPal!!! would def not recommend anyone to use this site!!! PURE SCAM

paypal are usually great , ull get ur money refunded , if the webiste doesnt issue it paypal just takes it after a month

there is no such thing as a MAC 120 palette. anything that says so, is fake.

i am almost 100% that they make fake products because they also sell items form benefit. I decided to look at the picture from maccosmeticswhoelsale.com of a blush, and compare it to benefit.com’s picture of a blush. The real blush at the bottom says 10.0g, and the fake one says 10g. So please do not buy from these sites. They are not good qualty and can hurt your skin.

I have a question / need some advice on something. I ordered $125 worth of items on Mawcosmetics.com (other MAC makeup site), and it looks legit and everything (cause I received the items already) I ordered it on 3/23/11 and received it on the 31st of March. Well, on the website says $125.00 but when I looked at the receipt on the box it said $390.00 plus $4.00 for shipping which is $394.00. I emailed the customer service and they clearly explained to me that I was NOT charged $394.00 and they asked me to look at my statement and see if it really does say $394.00 and if it does, they will refund the money back. Unfortunately, I used my dads debit card so I can’t look at his statements. They clearly explained to me that I was not charged $394.00 AND they also sent me a picture of the transaction and the amount/etc, so do you think they are being truthful? I need some feedback/advice. Thanks.

Dam it! I wish I would have reviewed this website before I placed a 132.00 order! I feel stupid now. I don’t know if this stuff has lead in it. Has anyone on here that purchased the eyeshadow had any allergic reactions??? I’m scared now.
Ok got my shipment and very disapointed, not only was this stuff fake but also cheap quality. The eyeshadows were broken and stained my carpet. I am so bummed out what a waste of 130 bucks.
I wish I found this site sooner that time there’s not much review. I order from them long time ago I just spend $30 just to try it out the shipping and packaging didn’t really have problem with it. I ordered face concealer 2 of them but differen shade when I got them they are in this black box says Mac cometics you can’t really tell it’s fake when I took out the product and open it it smell like ( hmmm…) rubber . ?? Not really sure but it has this really strong smell and my sister warned me not to use it so I trew it away ( there goes my $30 plus shipping ). I was disappointed but at least now I know that it’s fake.
Am gutted used the site without realising spent £80 on products, they arrived in time but i now dont want to use them because i know they are fakes. Will never use the site again and urge others not too. People like that dont deserve your hard earned cash!!
To be honest with you guys .. I am a very materialistic girl! I like name brand make-up and have used all sorts of highend designer makeup brands(authentic) and then I saw the website mawcosmetics.com and I said hey why not try the products and see the quality ..So I ordered $200 worth got my shipment 6 days later.. Opened the package which was packaged very good! And all my makeup was there I tryed it out! I loveddd it! It felt the same as the MAC makeup I buy from Macys.. And the prices you can’t beat!!:)

Thank goodness for this review. I’ve been online shopping for 3 days straight trying to fulfill by wish list and was hoping to find Mac somewhere cheaper online. I thought for a second the site was genuine but I was sceptical also as you cant be sure these days. Very weary now. Gotta make sure there are reviews before purchasing off a site and I usually like to grab the company address and put it in google maps to see if they match
Just like anything else, everybody will have a different opinion based on their personal experience with a product or site. I am afraid of using mawcosmetics.com because the product is fake, but WOW!, you can’t beat those prices

Hi Teresa, mmwcosmetics.com is the same site as the old macmakeupwholesale.com. It is all fakes.
The thing is, if it’s being sold so cheaply then I think it’s safe to assume that it’s not genuine. But why hasn’t the geniune Mac company taken measures to have this site shut down? They’re quick enough to put a stop to some ebayers selling fake crap under their label (and again, why don’t they target ALL fake listing on ebay, it really isnt’ that difficult to tell the fake stuff – it’s the eye pencils people are selling for just £1.20!) I originally saw the fake site about 2 years ago and guess what – it’s still live! Honestly, MAC, make your lawyers earn their keep.
I have ordered from maccosmeticswholesaler.com and they sent everything else in my order except the 32 piece brush set. I got a response from a guy named ben to send in the pictures of what I received. Then the man had a nerve to ask me if I want to put in a new order, I then replied no and stated that I want what I paid for and didn’t receive. To this day he hasn’t replied back in regards to the item I paid for.

They can easily put images of genuine products on the site. That doesn’t mean that the products you actually get are real.

These Products are being sold on eBay and all women should never buy the easy to copy brands (cult fallowing) we all get sucked in to a good deal. I as a makeup artist I only buy from the dealers on stores. Other ways to find good deals is to rack up your VIP points or buy clearance. I have found some eBay stores that sell real Makeup and they were all from dealers that buy go backs at auction, they have no boxes or damaged, out of season and are from USA (not Florida)
I’ve read these comments, and everyone is intilted to their opinion’s about wholesalers. I personally don’t mind replicas. I’ve been purchasing Mac for years, and who doesn’t appreciate a “Great Product?”. I purchased my first order from these so called “fake Mac Wholesalers”. My package came today, and it was packaged just fine, the products are as I expected them to look, Not damaged, and no different then the pictures posted. They look like real Mac products, and they are of that of “great quality!” I am pleased with the products I’ve purchased, and I will continue to puchase from these wholesalers. This wholesale website is very legitament, you can speak to a person who will answer all your questions….even tell you they are replicas. Who cares? More satisfied people will continue to purchase more from wholesalers who have the right price, quality, and turnaround time. I’m pleased =)
Ok I have a really big problem. I ordered some MAC cosmetics from wholesale-maccosmetics.com and i haven’t received anything from them over 2 weeks now. if anyone has purchased from them and has or hasn’t received anything from them PLEASE say so. I’m scared that this site is just taking people’s money and then not receive anything at all.

I am SO happy I started doing some research before I sent that website my money. Its seemed a little fishy to begin with and I saw a review where a person said that she has not received an item that she paid for. I think I will just go to a MAC store or order from the real website. I’m sorry all for all of the people who got scammed.

Did any of you hear of macmakeupcosmetics.com, I ordered from there in Mid Sept and still haven’t received my order. I checked my order status online and it just tells me its pending. I paid for it through easy4pay and I called them but they cut me off after being on hold for 15 minutes. The website does not have a phone number for mac only email address that I get no response to. I really just want the products to arrive now, hope I didn’t get scammed.

Has anyone placed an order with wholesale-maccosmetics.net? Their website seems better than most of the other ones discussed above, except the fact that I cannot find an About Us page, and their Conditions of Use page has some obviously-not proper English writing which leads to to believe that they are an off-sea website. I don’t have a problem with that, as long as they are worthy, even if they are replicas so to speak.

In the last year ive ordered over 400 euro between my sisters and I worth of mawcosmetics.com and in 3 different packages and found them excellent, except for one eye shadow was broke! I know they are fake but they are of excellent quality- the exact same as original MAC and benefit, and even better as the price is so good. Im wondering do MAC manufacture there cosmetics in China? or is it in USA as they state??
Shows how much you do your research. MAW cosmetics states that they ARE NOT real MAC products, just imitations. They constantly state it throughout their website. Good job!
