I was having a look today at center2b.com at the request of a Cheap Slap member so thought I would post a quick review. I do not think that their MAC wholesale makeup and brushes are the real thing. A few reasons:
1. Authentic MAC brushes never appear wholesale. Other MAC cosmetics products do, but not brushes, they just don’t.
2. With one MAC brush retailing at an average of say £20 (I know some are cheaper but some are a lot more) that would make these brush sets 80%-90% off RRP. It’s just not possible. These brushes may look good, but they won’t be from MAC.
3. The site is registered in Bangkok. Hmmm.
4. The other products on the site e.g. the clothes and belts etc., are about the most widely faked items out there – Ralph Lauren shirts, Burberry belts, Armani, Diesel etc. Which is making me think, why would their MAC makeup be authentic when they have all this other junk on there too? Laughable.
5. The sheer quantity of all the MAC items – again not possible. They could never get a wholesale MAC cosmetics haul like that unless it came from a factory. I just do not think it was the MAC factory.
I do not condemn anyone for believing sites like these because I admit it, the products look great. And some of you may be happy to buy them even if they are not real, for some reason which I do not fully understand.
At the end of the day I cannot say for sure because I will not be ordering from this site, or any others like it. I do not feel the need to send a whole pile of money to these people to see what I will receive, just to see if I am right.
I am happy to stick with a few reliable wholesale makeup suppliers who I trust to not rip me off. If you want the inside line on where to find these sellers, why not quickly sign up and join Cheap Slap today.
Sadly I understand that even genuine sellers are being fooled by the quality of some of the MAC fakes knocking around at the moment. The only way to check for sure is to take the products to your local MAC counter and have a MAC expert check them out.
Let’s have a quick poll – what do you think? Please feel free to add a comment below.

Having saw this comment i went on to the site,, its hard to tell weather or not anything is authentic, genuine about 99% of the items we buy weather its make-up,clothes, kids toys at early learning, its all MADE IN CHINA. Now i don’t know what todo. I’m thinking if its waht your after does it really matter weather its “fake” or “genuine” it all comes from the same place……..
I think there is a big difference between something made under license by a Chinese factory to the quality specifications and safety requirements of the brand owner, and something being made by anyone in China who fancies having a go.
